Terms & Conditions – Do Deliver Pvt. Ltd.

1. Agreement Overview

These terms govern your access and use of Do Deliver’s website and services including:

•  COD/Non-COD shipments
•  Full Truck Load (FTL) service
• Warehousing & distribution
• Rider Management solutions
• Shipper & client dashboards
• Business Invoicing and Taxes

2. Eligibility & Account Access

By accessing our portal or placing shipments, you confirm:

• You are 18+ and authorized to transact on behalf of your business.
• You agree to provide accurate details, including complete consignee addresses, CNIC/NTN, and STRN (where applicable).

3. Registration & Tax Compliance

• Businesses using COD or bulk shipment services must provide a valid NTN/STRN.
• Do Deliver withholds 2% income tax (digital) or 3% (COD) as per Finance Act 2025–26.
• Sales tax of 2% may apply depending on your registration.

4. Shipments, Pricing & Liability

• All pickup and delivery time estimates are non-binding.
• Declared value is used for liability calculation in case of damage/loss.
• Prohibited items include cash, illegal goods, explosives, and fragile items unless previously agreed.

5. Claims & Damages

• Claims for loss/damage must be made within 7 days.
• Proper documentation is required: invoice, CNIC, shipment ID.
• Claims are processed within 14 working days.

6. Service-Specific Terms (Customization)

• COD Services: Payouts processed weekly via verified bank accounts. Proof of delivery and invoice reports are maintained digitally.
• FTL & Fleet: Full truck booking subject to capacity and scheduling availability. Cancellation charges may apply after dispatch.
• Warehousing: Limited liability coverage unless additional insurance is procured. Inventory reconciliation occurs monthly.
• Rider Management: Riders must follow defined routes and report real-time via tracking app.

7. Portal & App Usage

• Customers are responsible for account activity and securing credentials on [portal.dodeliver.com.pk](https://portal.dodeliver.com.pk).
• All shipment records, invoices, and tax certificates are digitally stored in your profile.

8. Intellectual Property

All website material (logos, text, code, branding) is the property of Do Deliver Pvt. Ltd. Reuse is prohibited without written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

We provide services on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant error-free delivery timelines or uninterrupted portal availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the declared shipment value or the service fee paid—whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend services or accounts due to:

• Repeated payment failures
• Fraudulent use
• Breach of terms or non-cooperation during investigations

12. Governing Law

All matters shall be governed under the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Lahore.
